The staff, especially Mme Sophie, were very accommodating and very helpful. It was cleaned daily at any time.
Coffee and water were from a supplier we boycotted.

The standard rooms are very cozy, but also quite narrow. That's Paris. If you need some space, you should switch to the larger room.

The service was GREAT, we had a hot breakfast with stumbled eggs and hot options. Trendy room, exceptionally comfortable bed and we really enjoyed luxurious bathroom. Location: the hotel was really close to Arc de Triomphe, the metro lines and a metro station.

Consider utilizing the nearby metro which offers quick access to various attractions. The station is within a short walking distance.

Staff was very friendly. Location was good, many good restaurants in the surrounding area
The TV in the room was always out of power. The room was very small, you could hardly park two suitcases. The bathroom smelled very musty, probably came from the drain. The cleaning of the room was forgotten one day. The breakfast room is very small, the tables there too, are really just a "Petit dejeuner".

For anyone thinking about this
What a gem! The hotel is great location on a quiet street, steps from metro access and various restaurants. Our spacious room with a balcony offered a beautiful view, and the service was great. The homemade lemonade in the lobby was a lovely touch. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting!

The location was perfect for exploring Paris with our three kids. We loved the spacious room that offered a great view and was recently updated. Plus, the free snacks in the minibar were a nice touch after a long day out.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

The location was perfect for visiting the Louvre and taking a stroll down the Champs-Élysées. The staff was really friendly and our room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed breakfast at a nearby café, a great way to start our days.
One downside was the bathroom setup. The shower was in a bit of an awkward place, which wasn't ideal for our group.
